Smile a While

A nothingness

A loneliness

A bottomless

An emptiness…

Thus the feeling

Glaring at the ceiling

A wait

At a steady rate…

Getting the tingle

Emotion and feeling collides

The feeling subsides.

Emotion resides.

An understanding of life and what it provides

Good Ol’ Mr Marley said it bold:

"Your life is worth much more than gold"

Sorrow maketh life vile

Don’t carry it another while

Strive for the tingle and smile

Life is longer than its current mile

The Prince of darkness

My bright and shining star

The greatest Prince of them all

Watch him dance and sing

Watch him go

A sexy style

His sweet style

Melts your heart

Makes you smile

Snap your fingers

Tap your toes

My Prince

Watch him dance

The way he moves

He is enough

To drive you wild

Those bedroom eyes

Lips so sweet

Love me tender

Love me wild

.....My Prince.......

Good Times

 A D

It started out in the sixth grade

we met and we became friends

Always been real with each other

E Never felt the need to pretend

I became a part of you

And you became a part of me too

I hope we still remember each other

No matter what we E do

Cause we always had...

We always had good times good times

Always had good times good times

We always had good times good times together

We always had good times good times

Always had good times good times

I hope you had a good time good time with me

Your hair is curly

Mine is straight

You wake up bright and early

while I get up late

We're totally opposite

but in some ways alike

Doesn't matter

Who's wrong or right

We always had good times good times

Always had good times good times

We always had good times good times together

We always had good times good times

Always had good times good times

I hope you had a good time good time with me

without you

Wonder what I'd do

You would have a hunch

But I would have no clue

So we're better together baby that's no lie

We could never hate each other no matter how hard we try

Like Robin Thicke girl I'm lost without you

If you do your math right one and one make two

You know what they say two heads are better than one

Switch it up everyday never see a rerun

You're into superheroes

ironman and batman

Don't know what to do

But you always have a game plan

Unlike a cellphone

Never trade you in for an upgrade

Never shy away never be afraid

The kind of friend that always stays true

Never let you go cause I met someone new

No matter where I go your always in my heart

Nothing in the world can ever tear us apart

Cause we always had...

We always had good times good times

Always had good times good times

We always had good times good times together

We always had good times good times

Always had good times good times

I hope you had a good time good time with me

Cause I really had a good time good time with you

Six Feet of Silence

I buried my love in disbelief.

Self-Deluding with calm conviction,

Calling all cruel jests and falsehoods.

A shattered voice cracked my sanity in half.

I buried my love in fire.

His bones reduced to ash, carefully capped,

Handed to his mother in black.

She held the world in her arms then.

I buried my love in the earth.

Scattered to the seven winds among

Dappled green forest grass teeming with life.

Now, filled with death.

I buried my love in the ocean.

A river poured from my soul, out my door,

Salty, hot, and unceasing.

It mingled with the sea.

I buried my love in silence.

I made not a sound save the soft

Scuff of my boots in passing.

My heart froze in the bitter chill.

I buried my love in my mind.

Handling treasured memories with care,

Binding them tightly to my frozen heart.

I promised I would never forget him.

He smiled.

Fires rage.

Winds blow.

Trees grow.

Oceans roar.

Hearts sing

and all is forgiven

circle of forced smiles

Sitting in her office she looks out the window past a parking lot into nothing.

Smiling a smile with such abandon she almost forgets that it is forced, never to be real, never to be genuine.

Thoughts of the past, present, future, pain, hunger, endless work to feed her children.

Memories of aid, food stamps, cold.

She turns her chair to face the green wall. Life never changing. Work until she dies. Help her children to survive only to repeat her mistakes, to become her, to live her life.

Alcohol. hunger. poverty. like her mother, like her grandchild. The circle that keeps her going, the thoughts that plaster the strained, unnatural,  smile on her face.

The barriers between us

electric light in your eyes
vibrant colors blew my mind

the barriers between us wear me thin
like claws in my skin, dug deep in
hiding behind teeth, shielded with a smile
taking my all to breathe
I know i'm stuck here for awhile.

love is like glue
my heart for you
frozen solid in the gap of time
somewhere between the righteous & divine
I fail to reach...
my voice is fading, growing weak
hands are losing grip, holding nothing
you are like a beautiful star in the sky, somewhere up high
lost to my touch
reaching up & getting no where
if I tried to speak would it be too much?

buried in the sand
like every secret
behind a wall
imprisoned inside us

until then i'll wait in this cage
wondering when you will turn the key
when will you set me free..?

trust me when I say it's everlasting..

not my art)

India runs through my veins,

Middle Asia, give me one last shoot!

A baisé of Shiva, lick my sins,

And I saw your picture,

Pinned in the back of the shop,

Parvati ready to fight me,

Duality, angels and demons,

Ripped me with thousand arms,

Because I ridded Ganesha,

To take me to the feet’s of Skanda.

Shiva, my loving third eyes,

Blue makeup on your nails,

Hermaphrodite and asexual,

Rob me from all my beauty,

Deliverance all of my sins!

Honeys bee sucking on purity,

Whisper the songs of the mystics,

Mother India, chaos in my head,

wrecked to piece my heart,

With all bestiality and beauty,

Children’s legless, blind give me your eyes,

To never forget mother India.

flying, travelling, love, sun, spiritual, smile, poverty that i love, and some secret nights!one of my secret place

endless thoughts

Thinking through thoughts I thought of thinking through.

Though, thinking through thoughtless thoughts is thought to be thinking thoughtfully.

So thoughtfully, I'm thoughtfully thinking through thoughtless thoughts thought to be thoughtless only to think of more thoughtful thoughts. Only thinking through thoughtless thoughts can more thoughtful thoughts be thought.

I hope this brought a smile to your face Smile

Wink and a Smile

Your eyes embody the truth-
As your words are naught.
Screaming out are your pupils
Periwinkle in hue. Multiple dimensions.
Cradle your tears
Sweet wallowing trail down-
Surround the mouth that deceives;
Dissolve and disappear into your soft fibbing lips.

Imagination of the spectacular
As thy tales evolve.
Doth not feel pity?
Mayhap not!
But your eyes mirror your soul.
The eyes-
For your eyes strung my heart strings.
Blinded me and guided me-
To a cesspool of deception.

Your eyes, my love.
Are the reasons for my adoration.
Possess the innocence-that might be
As your fiction is merely a representation of your jaded thoughts and broken swears.
You hide behind these curtains-
But fall to the ground.
Just look at what you've become.
Me, a victim of your defective love.

Golden engraved lashes.
Cursive lullabies spiral around each stem-
Complement your pearl-like cornea.
Hold your powder blue iris-
Your cloudy crystals-
Infused with majestic peaks and meadows.
The pupil-
Blackened and sees all.
Express novels of nonfiction.
Blink without suspicion.
For the truth is the only language known.

Please don't speak-
Thy eyes tell it all.
They adorn yet warn-
As your voice destroys.
A babbling brook of devastation
Synthetic waves crash into my burgundy vital muscle-
Beating as your words twist thorns-penetrate-
And sparkle won't my naive DNA.
Cold- red cells glaze to grey- Shriveled and stricken to dots.
1,2,3,4,5- alive no longer my amour.
For they have won.
An empty case- hypnotized by two black eyes.
Mislead by words of deceit.

Tension grows.
Just think of my feelings-
Before you mutter once more.
Aware of your tricks.
Still you're the one I'll always pick-
As your lies dig daggers into my spine.
For as long as your eyes exist- you're the one I'll miss.
Never to be deceived by your eyes.
