Currency

Currency

Still Cudling

Hot Coffee

What red in the morning paper

Pew kneel right before her

Currecy

The Empire Strike comes back

Who's gonna pay for all those white suits

Whitless star

Fading away

Currency

A sparrow drops a dime

Into vending machine crime

Will you wake like me?

To Sting a crazed babe?

Let Go

Folder:
Songs

You were born to lose

As you sit upon your dead throne

Decay in your bones

This, the life you choose

You’re cursed

With your own disease

Eating yourself away

Die again every day

Can’t you let go (Never)

Let Go (Never)

Let Go (Never)

Never let go

Give up the fight

You’re dead inside

Can’t keep yourself alive

Do what is finally right

Let Him in

He stands and knocks

At your ruined gates

It’s not too late

Let go, He’ll catch you

Let go, He holds you now

Let go, He picks you up

Let go, you’ve had enough

Let go and take the jump

Fall into His arms

Rest secure from your fears

Because He’ll

Never (Never)

Let Go (Let Go)

Never (Never)

Never let go

Yig - The Deadly Snake

Folder:
Visions

Yig went out of my head,

Wasn't I so sad?

In me male and female snake,

O Yig, please don't be awake.

Fastly in the taxi they put me

O let dead not have me!

But dead again I went,

This is what Nyarlathotep meant.

O in anger and wrath I don't want to be,

A female snake in each human you see.

So Tawil took them all out,

And dropped to the floor humans about.

Zombies were left on the Earth

Everything dead, everything burned.

Ghosts, robotic humans by aliens controlled,

This story was never before told...

Author's Notes/Comments:

A vision about the Serpent-God Yig.

Don't count the flowers..

in the darkest of hours, we count the flowers..

we blink our eyes, & in countless seconds, they wither & die..

even the fragrance slips away.. the petals dry out, & make that sad crunchy sound..

did someone forget to change the water in the vase..?

maybe they never should of been put into a bouqet..

scatter the remains across a green field, you get down & kneel..

looking off into the horizon, you pray..

God why, why couldn't they of been saved...?

collapse into the grass, take a deep breath, at last..

your hands graze over the dead flowers, & clovers..

looking into the bleak sky, those eyes had nothing left to give..

so just cry.. this is the life you've lived.

no rain.. only clouds..

no light.. just that painful sound..

the wind caressing limp petals off the ground, to somewhere they can have inner peace.

My ode to the Red or dead Designer label

Folder:
Personal

greetings Red or Dead, Hows things?
this is an ode about optical suffering
I bought a pair of your half rims
cheap and nasty; clever marketing
Red or Dead a designer label
shouldn't cause your customers hell

been wearing your glasses two months
during that time out of luck
they are like memory metal
without the memory; bendy metal
won't even stay on my face
and that's with the price i payed

what a spectacle on the box
for me one spectacular loss
cos i don't have any income
and only ever so often
thanks to my amazing family
I can visit opticians when i need

so i thought i'd write you a poem
to sincerely let you know
i dont have any more cash
for yet another pair of glasses
I went back to the opticians
looked at me, held up their hands

I need a sturdier pair real soon
If they break, i will just loose
I have a spare old pair
but they have yellow lenses
only good in the dark: driving
no good when the sun is shining

come on Red or Dead PLAY FAIR
Come on Red or Dead DO YOU CARE?

My brothers an artist too
put Captain Organic into Google
he does his thing, i do mine
these glasses of yours a crime
can i have your help please?
or do you require more poetry?

The Brave and The Dead

Folder:
Camino
There were a lot of so called "preppers" before things fell apart. Clogging up the radio and tv waves, talking like they had it in control, like they knew what was coming, but it all was rubbish...they were just publicity whores, trying to make a quick buck by selling their books and being on tv...when the world faced its own end, no one was truly prepared. The few of us who survived were just lucky.

Celephais

Folder:
Poetry

A seaport in the land of Ooth-Nargai,

Being build of sky-blue marble;

Topped by slender minarets.

Bronze statues of famous heroes,

One page topped from Al Azif.

In the center the temple to Nath-Horthath,

Where eighty orchid-wreathed priests serve,

No less than ten thousand years old art they.

The greatest trading center in the Dreamlands,

Creatures of all sort in their bazaars.

As in Sona-Nyl, there being no time,

Nobody ever ages, dreamers aloft

In the taverns of Celephais.

Nobody matures, remaining forever innocent.

King Kuranes: King of Celephais,

Lost his life through drug addiction.

Living forever in the Dreamlands,

In the Palace of Seventy Delights,

Built of flawless rose-crystal.

Past the eastern gate is a park,

Wherein the King build a Norman Abbey

And a small Cornish fishing village,

To resemble his native Cornwall,

To which he can never return,

Now that his waking form is dead...

Author's Notes/Comments:

A poem about Celephais.
