The first of a sequence of poems

Composed in between work, cups of tea, cigarettes and some warnings about how the calm weather outside is slowly changing. The thoughts about my beloved comfort me and make me battle the storm courageously, for, SHE IS SO BEAUTIFUL!

December 28, 2016. (Wednesday).

A song I wrote about my "dream guy" and I trying to take a chance on each other since our bond is deep/strong and cannot be: 1) broken, 2) ignored, and 3) denied.

SOMEHOW THIS POEM HAPPENED...IN  BETWEEN MY TEA BREAKS...DURING WORK AT THE OFFICE. THE WORDS JUST START COMING DOWN LIKE SOFT RAINDROPS FALLING FROM THE SKY...SENT BY GOD ALMIGHTY TO REPLENISH ONE'S BODY, HEART, MIND AND SOUL. I FIND THIS LIKE GOD'S MERCIFUL MEDICINE BEING DISTRIBUTED TO PEOPLE LIKE ME, WHO SOMETIMES START FEELING THE EFFECTS OF THE ADVANCING YEARS. I DO HOPE THE READER ENJOYS IT AND TURNS TO THE LOVING GOD ALMIGHTY.
