Question

QUESTION -   A poem by Trevor Mannion

One question so simple but so rarely asked,

If life has a path or a meaning worth finding then surely it’s worth the effort to find it?

If that’s the question that not many question, no wonder the answer is still in question.

This journey called life so different for all, is there really an answer combining us all? ,

So where do we start? At the beginning, a question still at the beginning.

Of course new science try’s to answer it, but why can’t it still answer even the half of it.

There was nothing then an explosion, really? Intricate Earth, sun moon and stars is this really your notion.

But this is only one theory, that’s only a THEORY if you hear me?

Once upon a time there was a big bang, billions of years later there is a big ben.

Not to mention natural selection, there’s nothing natural about wars, poverty and starvation,

They call it evolution; I’m looking for a more reasonable solution.

Reason, that’s an interesting point.

All the matter in the universe was compacted into the size of a decimal point,

Then an unexplained Energy from nowhere and somehow,

BANG = the birth and formation of our earth

But if we know an explosion only brings disaster then how can Universal laws and order come from disorder?

If that’s the big bang theory I say bang goes your theory.

If all this is true and life is just chance, no wonder the poverty we never had a chance.
