I wrote this as a theme song to the play I am in at college called "The amazing Daedalus" which is about greek mythology. I wrote in a way so that most of us can relate to it but the story behind it that inspired me and which this song is about is Icarus not being able to save his brother Andrew from being killed and how he had to go with his father and start a new life.
It is written that we are to mourn at the coming in, and rejoice at the going out. I do not see death; I see graduation to a better realm... I believe this in my spirit! What about you?
The title wouldn't fit. It's "To those who waste their time pondering lofty concepts that don't lend themselves to logical explanations, that they go out and find REAL jobs"
Let me know if this flows very well,or if i need to amend. Written in memory of my beloved me, beside whose grave i waited, wailed and watched their final exit.
