Fun Poems

Free will or destiny? Man’s choice or fate?

These are the questions I’ve been pondering of late.

Philosophers for centuries have pondered just the same,

And their responses range from the profound to the inane.

I have an answer that I think will satisfy

Every raised eyebrow and each discerning eye.

I beg of you to doubt yourselves, to question your resolve,

To stop working on the problem you sought so hard to solve.

You should give up your pondering, and here’s the reason why:

Your actions cannot be undone, no matter how you try.

I wrote down this poem, in verse and not in prose,

But now that it’s all written, does it matter if I chose?

The title wouldn't fit. It's "To those who waste their time pondering lofty concepts that don't lend themselves to logical explanations, that they go out and find REAL jobs"

Very nice. It gave me a warm fuzzy feeling. Just kidding. No really it has great flow. Words need to flow right.
