tears of dissatisfaction
choking on memories
a torrent as the dark presses in
Searching, seeking
the long-awaited slumber
of each miserable, useless regret of yesterday
Yet, afraid to face the uncertainty of tomorrow
Yeah, Uncertainty
Tomorrow becomes today that fades
into the past and slips into
a state of existence soon forgotten.
Now becomes yesterday so
quickly it is hard to see
the minutes pass and the hours
die.
