I was thinking of a song when I wrote this one.

I had this boyfriend who I know was not good for me. For some reason I just couldn't stay away from him. He hurt me time and time again but no matter what, I always gave my heart back to him. Addiction caused by not wanting to be lonely and loveless. But I finally realize that being with him was being lonely and loveless, and also stupid.

This is about being addicted to someone(sun) and you(earth) can't seem to let yourself move to them. Cause just like "the earth and the sun," you can't get any "closer" to that person because you're in a stationary position.  A position of thinking you're not good enough. When it's you who really contian all the life(love).

It's about mistaking obsession for love. Sometimes it's hard to tell the difference.
