Absolutely true! Just when: Absolutely true! Just when we see some progress, we're back in a prehistoric hellscape of hate and ignorance. How I wish I could argue with your assessment that our "symbols mean/ the statue/ of servitude", but I can't.    "By the time you figure what piece you are in the game game over or game change or time served means end game."   Those superb lines hit the mark with heartbreaking precision. Reality hurts but this needs to be said. You did it well.
