Mellow, cool colors that: Mellow, cool colors that shine light on a prayer of the heart. Very nice. We all can only try to see better each day. Hopefully, each person does, and we each succeed.

The flow and tempo of this: The flow and tempo of this poem of yours both read flawlessly. The first 7 lines also built nicely into what, musically, would be a hook, and your climatic point and greater meaning of the poem. Really nice.

think deeply : The stalled car in the middle lane, is often ourselves. But we don't have to remain there. We need only start the engine again, and get moving on our chosen path. No need to beat yourself up over a stalled engine. But more importantly, you must know your chosen path. Otherwise an engine is useless.

allets commented on: Gotta Give It To The Man by lyrycsyntyme 2 years 30 weeks ago
"In The Macro": . Not the man, the woman! Okay, enough anti sexist ranting - donnot want to be labelled the bad femme. On the whole, they come and they go, control shifts - peons and serfs travel not at those altitudes. Shell near Poland and snap open eyelashes over historically savvy viewpoints. Shut-outs, oh only since 1719 for some.  . Democracy is no smoke screen, let's be clear on this. He is a seven dollar hoe sellin ' ass to anyone who will go down for a dip! Freedom is a vamp with no morality, sellin' at inflationary prices, singing "Take me down, you gotta lovely face!" . The Them are blame's target because the disorganized are innocent? Naw. I wear my guilt openly and proudly. I bought the hook the line and want a third sinker. We follow wallowingly willing. It is how civilization evolved and chinks, aka looppits, were exploited, fortified, and declared alright norm. Buy a Senate, a State House, sexy. Money is Emperor - ask any Oligarch with frozen or hunted assets. Change the laws (or enforce them) and behavior follows. True, with such gods on platinum thrones, few are granted audience.  . They said work hard, win - so why am I lower middle after all that sweat? We construct our coffins and walk around with a spade  on our shoulder for chip-shoveling. Live behind high security against assassins and thieves and you tend to become a wee bit jumpy. . Nice Poem. . Lady A .

As I watch this drama of: As I watch this drama of great heroism and great tragedy unfold, I'm thinking the same thoughts that you so elegantly expressed. Yes, "Mr. Z is courage personified". But my feelings of admiration, compassion and awe are mixed with anxiety. As always, your wake-up calls entail a global picture. You shrewdly see current events (what the media cherry picks for us to care about on any given day) in a wider scope and how each nation is a connected player.    This is always an illuminating, although often chilling, experience. It deepens our understanding of our interconnectedness and forces us outside of ourselves. Americans, especially, need more of this perspective because many tend to be isolationists unless the media is pounding a specific international drum before they move on to something else.    I didn't know Israel was mediating. Yes, that's very ironic!   You created a very realistic scenario, but I pray we don't have to go down that road. Your awareness and concern is inspiring. Watching with you.

Well said! In this succinct: Well said! In this succinct overview of physical life, you invite us to read between the lines of the script, to look behind the curtain and dare to understand our fellow humans. When all is said and done, that's all that matters. Life-altering wisdom.
