You Can Find My Heart

You can find my heart

Between the pages of books

Smiling and sleeping and

Dreaming of being awake.

You can find my heart

Overlapping ink and pen

Tumbling with purpose

Bleeding out the ashes.

You can find my heart

Submerged in constellations

Eyes opening wider

Twilight slipping gracefully in.

You can find my heart

Wedged in a corner

Between sounds and silence

In the home that is you.

to find my heart is a easy

to find my heart is a easy task
it sits upon the mantle between shakespeare's romeo and juliet
and edgar allen poe's the raven
a brass urn filled with ashes is all you'll find
on the worst of nights I cut my self mixing blood with ashes
and with this ink I write about the lonely

And as usual I find your words intoxicating to my mind even if we think from different abstracts

'The man in black fled across the desert, and the gunslinger followed ~ Stephen King ~

Every story-teller bends the myth to his own purpose. that's why a Hero has a thousand faces
