Where are you, God?

I wish this could be reversed
How could you
Allow this suffering?

Why should we listen to you and your teachings
When you disappear
Like you’re not even there?

Are you blind?
Are you deaf?
Do you know what is going on?

Too frustrating for words
Trying to find you
Is it possible?
Can you ever hear our cries, pleas for help?

Why does it seem like
You have disappeared?
Should we even believe in you?
Why should we?

Do you hear me?
Do you hear me?

Where are you?
Tell me
Where are you, God
In this time of despair?

Author's Notes/Comments:

Yay~ my first poem posted, created when I was listening to some really depressing Kpop songs. xD
The "Do you hear me?" part was inspired by INFINITE's song Be Mine.

Great poem

we all seek those answer, I have been for a while.
I kind of understand some of them now.
there needs to dark so there can be light.
there needs to be sickness and death to control man kind. other wise the power would destory this world.
does he hear you, no matter how hard things are they could be worst, someone recently told me that sometimes the devil wins yet God steps in and creats something good from the bad that was done. I think, maybe, I believe that, Sometimes. sometimes we learn things before a storm but others we learn more by being in the middle of it all.
again great wirte.
keep penning

Hey it's a partnership we both got to pull our weight lol! ;) yeah some songs have the power to really affect a thought process and mood, pretty much scremo death metal etc, but that's not to say I'm not a fan, because a great song is a great song I don't care about genres, but there is still always that danger if we are un guarded or not feeling strong to take on some one else's ideas that suit us at the time cheers SS :)

Don't let any one shake your dream stars from your eyes, lest your soul Come away with them! -SS
