Definition of Poestory [Poetry + Story]:

1. A new type of writing that is created by Md. Ziaul Haque. It is a story that has both the qualities of poetry and prose. The first part starts with poetry and the writing ends with prose. In Bangla it is called 'গল্পিতা' [কবিতা + গল্প].

2. It also means a poem that tells a story. In other words, it is a poem where a story is told in a poetic way.  

গল্পিতা [গল্প + কবিতা]:

১। মোঃ জিয়াউল হক উদ্ভাবিত সাহিত্যের একটি নতুন ধারা যেটির সৃষ্টি হয়েছে গল্প + কবিতা এই দুটি শব্দের সমন্বয়ে। এককথায়, এটি সেই ধরণের গল্প যেটিতে পদ্য এবং গদ্য দুটোর গুণাবলী বিদ্যমান। ইংরেজিতে এটিকে বলা হয়, Poestory [Poetry + Story]।

২। গল্পিতার আরেকটি সংজ্ঞা হচ্ছে এই যে এটি একটি কবিতা যেটি একটি গল্প বলে। অন্যভাবে বললে বলা যায় যে, এটি একটি কবিতা যেখানে কাব্যিক ভাষায় একটি গল্পকে প্রকাশ করা হয় অথবা কবিতার ভাষায় একটি গল্প বলা হয়।

Poestory [Poetry + Story]:

1. A new genre of writing in literature [or a new literary form] that is created by Md. Ziaul Haque by blending two words i.e. poetry + story. In a word, it is a type of writing where a story has both the qualities of poetry and prose. In Bangla it can be called 'গল্পিতা' [গল্প + কবিতা].

2. It also means a poem that tells a story. In other words, it is a poem where a story is told in a poetic way.
