The title of the poem and the poem itself, makes one think of the shortcomings of human beings at day and night; and how Sun and Moon which happen to witness the bad doings of man decide to hand over the charge of taking care of human beings to God to restore parity on Earth. Hence the title 'PITFALLS'.
