thump-thump.
thump-thump.
thump-thump.
thump-thump.
hooves beating on the hard packed earth
heart rushing,
gushing,
running from,
it's life's last heart beat.
a crack of fire and lightning and thunder, all at once,
from the two legged,
beast.
one last,
free leap,
before life's fire,
goes cold,
and the ashy embrace,
of death,
grips your heart.
never to enjoy life's beauty again,
atleast,
not in the same way.
tink.
crack.
thump.
you're out!
yay!
whoosh
gasp.
cheer.
crumple
vroom.
snore.
peanuts!
dad!
we're over here!
Baby Romance faced a dumpster delivery
but sometimes crying and kicking and screaming
is just so much NOISE as to wake the Neighbors
and to frighten off the dirty Deathrats
who force their tails down your throat
only for the slow seepage of paint from your pores
and the backdoor walls to fade from grey
to nightest black of nights
spent with a spoon and a handfull of boiling blood
to fling at the hapless anonymous
bearing the unwitting world's tattoo on her face
and the lips that might maybe kiss yours
except they're stiched and dry more often than not
and you fear all your teeth fell out inside
it having been so long since you've chewed much of anything
The sound, the feel, the taste , the smell. The Co2 can giving you hell.
The crouching, the sliding, the running like hell, the semi wound pouding with the beat of your heart.
The breathing, the thinking, the pondering about, the leaves, the grass, cruching to shout
The tripping, the hitting, the running into things, the movement used to stop the blasphemy of sins
You're stealth like, you're dreamlike, you win most of the time, You prey apon me as I prey apon mine
I can't see you, I can hear you, you're all around me, as I'm moving . I can't run, I can't hide, you're my dream man in disguise.. shooting me down, with those lovely eyes
I did see you, I did hear you, you were right in front of me, I was steady, I ran, and I didn't hide. You are my dream man, shooting me with your disguise
I was shot, as I shot, and I didn't move fast enough. I thought I had you but it wasn't enough. You're dreamlike, you're stealth like, and you'll always win. If it's by my heart, you'll definitly win.
After that was that, and the game was over, you won my heart, the thousandth time over.
I love you
I hear nothing.
I see everything.
I see the other players.
I run up the court with the ball.
I look for an opening.
I find one.
I move in with the ball.
I jump up in the air with the ball.
I slam dunk the ball.
I land.
I hear everything.
I hear nothing.
I see everything.
I see the other players.
I run up the court with the ball.
I look for an opening.
I find one.
I shoot.
It goes in.
I win the game.
I succeed.
I hear nothing.
I see everything.
I see the other players.
I run up the court with the ball, looking for an opening.
I keep looking.
I find one.
I shoot.
I miss.
I will succeed next time.
One damp night,
hands shaking,
stomach uneasy,
waiting for the referee to blow the whistle,
all warmed up,
ready to play,
wont let a ball go passed these hands,
ready position,
ball is coming towards me,
caught,
seconds later, punted out,
people cheering,
and to think,
that was only the 1st save of the game.
after about a dozen,
adrenilene kicking in,
hyper as ever,
but this maybe my last save of the night,
a person coming at me,
heart pumping,
ready as ever,
i get the ball,
everyone cheers,
but all of a sudden,
i get the hardest hit,
to my head,
that momment,
i was numb...couldnt feel anything,
or see anything,
my head felt like a sweeled up boulder,
everything was black,
then i open my eyed,
suddenly i felt the hundred tears that are on my face,
and before you know it,
i got up and played again,
with a minor concusion,
we ended up tiring that game,
but that night, i will never forget..
...ever.
Cold hard dose of reality,
Blew out my knee,
Shadow of the man that I used 2 b,
All I ever had was the game,
And now all I've got left is shame,
Lost and i'm 2 blame,
They used 2 scream my name,
I'm a let down,
I was once the talk of the town,
I was famous, I was known,
And now i'm left all alone,
Took one 2 many things 4 granted,
I regret all those times that I raved and ranted,
I had money once upon a time,
Now I have 2 beg for every lousy dime,
I was eligable, now i'm undeclared,
Everybody starred,
Most of them glared,
Struck me out,
I don't doubt,
I deserve everything I get,
I'm sick of this shit,
That not the kind of man I want 2 b,
Nothing comes 4 free,
Pay the price, it's a heavy fee,
Maybe I might start 2 c,
I don't know what it's gonna b,
All I know is I need 2 try,
I wanna smile just b4 I die...
