COMPOSED IN THE FIRST WEEK OF JUNE 2009 AFTER A DAY IN THE FIELD ...REPORTING ON A SITUATION WHERE AN INFANT WAS HOPING TO SURVIVE IN A GRIM MIRE OF SHOOTING AND BOMBINBS.

Composed in Rawalpindi-Islamabad, Pakistan, on the 2nd of June...the bleak summer day provided the inspiration...and the heart and mind responded.

I now realize I spelled "Rendezvous" incorrectly in the title, but then I decided "Rendevoux" looks better to me anyway.

I found my (mis)adventures in cooking to be an apt representation of my life, specifically my tendency to take on way too many projects.
