she does better without me, I came to this realization because I want what is best for her, and I don't lead her to her purpose, and it kills me.

I am a mess without her, yet she is happier without me :(

This is about denial, loss, obsession, confusion, love, self-purpose. -basically all the things that a broken relationship brings-:

'director'- our mentors;
'movie'- our relationship;
'script'- our love;
'crowd'- our friends;
'skills'- our personality;
'audience'- someone new;
'stardom'- marriage.

This is for that guy, the first. I thought of him tonight. And I had to write what I feel. The lines in quotes are from a Phil Collens song that I love because it seems to be made for me and him...This is a stupid poem, shittally written, but hey, I am drunk.
