I don't have to say who this is for it could be for one person or several. if you think it's about you then it is yours to bare. I just weeep for you.

I cannot now cite the source, but I read, or heard, that, at the height of the Terror and his influence, Robespierre actually had adolescent girls executed on the guillotine---their only "crimes" being an aristocratic parentage or familial connection.
