Although, as an Orthodox: Although, as an Orthodox Christian, I disagree with the last line, I applaud the beauty of this poem, both for the beauty of its form, anf for the statement contained in the first five lines.
Thank you for the happy: Thank you for the happy Easter wish. Easter is my favorite holiday. As a good many Orthodox Christians say, Christos anesti, alithos anesti! Thanks again for the Easter wish. I am hospitalized right now, and just read this recently.
Ironic that Vlad Putin shares: Ironic that Vlad Putin shares a first name with Vlad Dracula, and that even more determined murderer, Vlad Lenin. (Unfortunately, few share my belief that Lenin used Marxism, and dreamed up Leninism, to achieve one goal: revenge upon the Czar's family for the execution of his brother, ordered by Nicholas I.)
Thank you for the explaining: Thank you for the explaining the poem's provenance. It invalidates my interpretation of it, but that is only one reader's interpretation.

It's just an Advertisment for good food and good
services by a waitress named Jackie!
Whom is my ex-girlfriend that found out
I did the Los Generales 2 Advertisment.
Not sure I understand the: Not sure I understand the rhyme scheme, but that final line is magnificent! It really adds an interesting dimension to the whole poem. Is there a sequel in the making?
Progress: Revisiom may be started at university level. Education Minor is a joke. Rats in mazes - outmoded thought. Innovation needed in education badly. Grade 10 thru 12 based on Harvard or MIT framework with curriculum choice. No more general degree - a career choice based on real jobs. I know 1 size fits all. Hmmmm...

Flap Jacks: Utopian new start. Pitch baby and bathwater. Elon will be thrilled, Warren, Jeffrey Preston, and Mark will be in the wings ROFLTBAO. Theme: I want another Tesla for Christmas. If world economy collapses - pan cakes any one?
Fav. Line: "bomb the shit out of the distance."

". . . it feels okay to:
". . . it feels okay to just spin along with it"
A prescription for peace and beautifully penned.
In this enlightened and highly intelligent look at the ever-widening gap between humans, you offer a plausible solution: simplicity. Your writing style is so direct, profound and elegant that every stanza is a "So true!" moment and an invitation to slow down and remember what's truly important; to remember what we're doing here.
There's no pretense of having a quick fix for our hyperindividualism and arrogance. You described it with unsparing clarity and brilliance:
"the world got big
but it's not that we ever figured
out where on the map our enemy is
helps it feel okay to bomb the shit out of the distance"
And certainly pancakes aren't going to save the world. But as you said: It's "a good beginning" and it's certainly better than what we have been doing, which is more of what led us to this frightening moment.
Excellent.
No One Can Help: Maturation is a self-motivated process. Mentirs guide, oarents cover he badics, men require consultation; you get to walk beyond doors to stand and absorb data, take it home - add what wisdom you own and practice that until something better comes aling. Read everything, staert with the dictionary - page i to end. A few minutes a day. .
The poet said: "I wake to sleep and take my waking slow. I learn by going where I have to go." 27 - 50 is hormonal (not confusion - conjestion of conflicting ideas). 16-50 emotional-irrational high Estrogen years. Post menstral - menapausal clarity begins like a shade rising to full sunlight. Exit Estrogen. Testosteronal rise brings intuitive, intellective, emotive, and ethic into crystal focus. I am 72 You are Sheehan's "Catch 40". Welcome to womanhood. :D
