"By the time you figure what piece you are in the game game over or game change or time served means end game." Those superb lines hit the mark with heartbreaking precision. Everything seems to be filtered and made sense of in our thoughts, what we know, what we don't, and the things that we are on the fence about. I like the title as it suggests; remember driving an old van once and its gears slipped between 2nd and 3rd, it was a sweaty task to get it to navigate the busy streets doing deliveries.
