How’s this?: Our world's full of iniquity  It's been so since antiquity  Unfortunate, iniquitous  Pervasive and ubiquitous

No matter what the subject,: No matter what the subject, you bathe it in eloquence and mold it into mesmerizing art.    Simply stunned.

Yes I gues that's when we say: Yes I gues that's when we say it's all relative... is relative a cop-out not willing to be truly in the space designed by this well crafted poem? Jow disrespect ful to the author! Unforgivable! ;)  I will try.

Oh there now, I'd raise your: Oh there now, I'd raise your offer by a dollar and suspect that neither of us would dwell there in full ownership but I respect the dream and perhaps a bit of bidding as that is a totally sweet habitation. Now to ponder the possibilities of ever dwelling anywhere close to Central Park.

That is the quintessent: That is the quintessent summation of the poetic process. What a life to live, specially with like folk however different and unique they be.

crypticbard commented on: WORSE THAN COCK BLOCK by georgeschaefer 1 year 50 weeks ago
Best description ever and: Best description ever and never would have paired that title image with writer's block. The initial thought was, without writing implements the go to would be the note app on the mobile phone. Or if worse come to worst to dictate on the voice recording app. But flowing with the poem, guided by its title, remained within the world of that feeling described. Tremendous metaphor produced here. Good one George.

This is an excellent poem,: This is an excellent poem, and you deploy the metaphor of music quite well.  The center of the poem is in the lines "And plucking joy from the air / A glorious spiritual liturgy / How beautiful now since we've learned to pray . . ."  And the last four lines shows the effect of the process described in the poem's center.  The hopefulness conveyed in this poem is like a cup of cool water in the scorching heat of the desert of our squabbles and despairs in this difficult time.
