Oh there now, I'd raise your: Oh there now, I'd raise your offer by a dollar and suspect that neither of us would dwell there in full ownership but I respect the dream and perhaps a bit of bidding as that is a totally sweet habitation. Now to ponder the possibilities of ever dwelling anywhere close to Central Park.

The initial thought was, without writing implements the go to would be the note app on the mobile phone. Or if worse come to worst to dictate on the voice recording app. But flowing with the poem, guided by its title, remained within the world of that feeling described.
