Everyone expects so much from me
After I told them that I'm going to be in the U.S. Navy.
But I don't care about what they think of my actions.
It's not important to see and hear their reactions.

Though I do appreciate their help and support,
Even though some of my former efforts got cut short.
Now that I'm living in another state,
Going back now would be wasteful because it's too late.

I'm very sorry, Chris...
Even though I tried so hard to protect you from shit like this,
I'll always love you.
I'm doing all of this hard shit just to be forever with you.

With my wings currently growing,
I know that I can't stop and have to keep on going;
Going to become a full angel like I was supposed to be.
This time, I won't ever again flee.

I won't run away from my fate.
I'll be a U.S. Navy medic, just you people wait.
Along with my lover and soul mate,
I'll save our Navy soldiers from being taken away by hate.
