Loneliness is forever

I have once, but never again.

The feelings of loneliness and depression are mine

I will live with them, be them.

For they are my emotions now,

my reasoning,

my life.

They have been with me for some time,

I should have relized they would stay,

stay with me forever.

because that is the truth,

loneliness is forever.

Author's Notes/Comments: 

Most people go through this feeling of self pitty, and I just wrote it out in smoother words.

Ah, the familiar feeling of loneliness. It's amazing how alone one can feel in the world. I can relate to you in this matter. I really enjoyed this poem. You have worded it just perfect, keep writing.
