Pick up the peices of that broken heart

The one of mine you broke apart



I watch the battered peices fall

Weakened by this I'm forced to crawl



My heart's crippled

Yours slightly rippled



Those bitter words from such sweet lips

Words spoken slowly as my heart skips



Words that come and softly kill me

Die young unknowing what true love could be



My shattered heart screams out in pain

Then my blood falls, just like the rain



You should be careful what you say

'Cause some day later you may pay
