I broke open my fortune cookie and it read~~
"Please make sure word love passes over wisdom tooth on way out of mouth".
Until we met, I never ate Chinese...I think you called me culturally deprived.
I touched the message button on my phone machine and it said~~
"Holla, baby, tu eres mi novia, verdad"?
I genuinely believed that we had arrived.
We danced in the living room, slept on the floor, drank 'til we were thirsty, groped in public, walked instead of riding, rode instead of driving (you were a smooth operator), asked instead of guessing, hung out at the museum the entire day, ate at the Melrose, laughed constantly, and played instead of planning.
I gazed into the mucho, mocha of your eyes and they showed~~
me where I live.
I didn't know that I could feel this alive.
