Can we see a note of music
if we stand upon our toes?
Can we hear a single raindrop
as it falls upon a rose?
Can we smell a word of kindness
when, by chance, one comes our way?
Can we taste the joy of laughter
when we hold our tears at bay?
Can we touch a pretty rainbow
when the storm is at an end?
Can we bottle up the sunshine
for a sad, disheartened friend?
Are all these things impossible
for folks like you and me?
Or can our iMAGICation
make such magic all come true?
I liked this. My imagination
I liked this. My imagination is dancing... Hope it takes be out of writers block.

I certainly needed no iMAGICation when I read the feelings
that are put into this write. Thank you for sharing it on our Arts of Painting and Poetry site

Is it magic or is it a gift that only a few will take the effort, to see, hear, and feel, that was given to us from the goodness of His heart? Well penned. Linda
More Words
Are you still "out there," Linda? Is it possible we can connect...poetry wise... and share some words about one of my secret loves in life? Possibly you, too, feel the same about poetry as I do? May I have the privelege of reading one or more of your poems? I'd be very pleased to learn where they are on PostPoems. But, if you prefer not to, then so be it. At least it was nice crosssing paths for a moment. By the way, if you enjoyed my poem "iMAGICation," I think you might also enjoy reading the following poems:
"A Place Called Far Away"
"Epistle Of Grief"
"Today Is That Tomorrow"
"Rejections, Rejections"
"A RIB On Adam"
"The Little Green Martians"
"On A Blank Page, Starkly"
... and I'd love to read some of yours... Have a good life, Linda... My email is novelwriter@comcast.net
