The shades of love are variations of the colors Red, Orange, Pink, and Yellow

(don’t question the colors; question the different shades of love)

I begin with the color Red; passion, vibrant, rich, blood, leaves stains if spilled on—the same tone of red could mean the end of love and the beginning to a lover’s quarrel;

I want my love interest to stay Red until the end; the shades of Red are lies in a relationship;

The shades of Red begin with Alizarin ending with Scarlet, 34 shades in all;

I’ll kiss Red lips over Magenta lips any day.

The color Orange represents optimism, it uplifts and rejuvenates our spirits—it’s a color of adventure and social communication;

falling in love is a risk represented by the color Orange:

The shades of Orange begin with Amber and 42 shades later ends with Vermilion;

all shades of Orange remind me of Thanksgiving or ‘Massacre of the Natives.’

A Pink love is a love you want to keep;

Pink is compassion, nurturing, an unconditional love, understanding with no questions to ask:

  All 36 shades of Pink are desired; from Amaranth to Ultra Pink; most women love the color Pink; real men wear Pink.

Yellow can be the love you doubt as double meanings are found with Yellow;

the color means mind and intellect; yet suggest impatience, criticism, and cowardice:
