“Another Life”

Another life gone by

out of my reach, I still try

the memories still there

but as each day passes the more I don't care

beauty is that in the eye's of the beholder

for in my eye's your beauty will never grow older

hurting because I just want to hold her

In your eye's I can see a life time of pain

I can understand because mines the same

another life slipped away

does it always have to be this way?

"hoping, wishing for a brighter day"

close your eye's open your heart

I know its hard, I'll be your guide for your new start

don't give up just yet

I need you to keep going, my heart you have kept

another life gone by

trying my hardest not to cry

trying my hardest to not want to die

but what's the point when another life goes by
