through the arch
of ageless arrival
wisdom proports
generous reflection
harnesses of youth
are shed
for restraints of
experience
and as the body
begins to age and fail
gradually
all holds are unbarred
and the beauty that
just IS
blooms
and in the swift final flowering
of the exiting soul
we witness yet again
what we have always been
pure love
minus the tarnish
of the flesh.............

Well expressed analogy...
Well expressed analogy... Spiritual growth is something that's lovelier than physical growth or beauty... When we talk of physical, an adjective or 2 can best describe one's endowment, but with spiritual, posibilities are endless...
Spiritual growth does not wither... So does your beautiful bloom here. I hope I can achieve such spiritual growth you described here. In you my friend, I can sense a glowing beauty across the miles...

Shye you just so beautifully expressed some of the reasons
that I miss you still after two plus years of not hearing a word from you. This is why I reply to your old comments. perhaps in some way one day You will read these and know that I never gave up trying to reconnect with you my friend. Sincerely, Melissa
