You're never gone,

You're always there.

Sometimes I don't see you,

Life's too hard to bear.

I think I've gone crazy,

No way to get through.

There's no way around it,

I'm damned without you.

When I can not see you,

I always feel lost,

I feel i must die,

No matter the cost.



Despite all my pain

And all I've gone through,

I always feel safe

In the presence of you.

It took quite a while,

I cannot tell why,

But I soon discovered

In times that went by,

You never once left me.

You've never once moved.

In all of my struggles,

When you escaped my sight,

It was I who had proved,

to be so unfaithful,

to resist you and fight.
