Life Isn't Always About Money And Protection, But People Are Sure Making It That Way
The choices for some teens,
Are not so easy,
The state of some parenting,
Would make some queazy.
The problems they face,
The hatred instilled,
Would cause some blood to curdle,
As if frozen and deep chilled.
And the life of those parents',
Were sometimes much rougher,
So they see life as a war,
That the whole world must suffer.
Intentions to protect them,
Often cause them to fall,
And what they think best,
Brings losses to all.
Life is not what worldliness
Makes it to be,
Life's about struggle, and pain,
And being free.
The freedom to honor life,
In harmony or chaos,
Is a basic decision,
For failure or payoff.
Build your life wisely,
As choices knock on your door,
We're all not meant to be wealthy,
Some are just meant to be poor.
But poor can be wealthy,
If love fills your heart,
After all, love is all we ever had...

I kinda like being poor.
I kinda like being poor. (Except for the I can't buy stuff part.) Makes one appreciate the simpler things. Like a precious walk or sight.

Yes...but then again, we have
Yes...but then again, we have our parents and what we learned about life to thank for that. ...well, i know i do, because it is how i stayed happy even when poor and struggling. I learned what was really important. I could not learn just from hearing it, i had to find out for myself, but having that validation and looking back on their own contentment with the things they had sure did help.

Not very comfortable to live on a shoestring budget.So many physical hardships.People who aren't /weren't poor won't realize it.But the ecstasy of sharing a chocolate or some small things.True happiness ? YES. But dear nightlight1220 !! sometimes parents forget to teach "Moral Science" then the tug-of-war arises.... Again I wrote some Bxxx Sxxx. Humblest apologies. I sign out now. It isn't very comfortable,
It isn't very comfortable, not at all. But there are those who are doing and are happy people.
As far as the moral science, yes. Some do forget that. But i do not think it os because thry 'forget'. I think it is because they were either never taught it themselves, or they were taught it and never realized the significance of the message.
