LOVE ME

My body but the grass of Earth

my soul the Sun Eternity

I feel the rickrack of our minds

the rhythm-rhythm-rhyme which binds

O Love, you part my lips with words

strong arms of passion lift me high

with tenderness which makes me cry

you guide your quivering bird to fly

You beckon dreams to my delight

you seal off darkness in fierce flight

my fluttering heart does rest in yours

my Love, love me through rustling hours

beautiful Myra beautiful. I love the rickrack of rythm rhyme bound minds. That a love might part anothers lips with words, and beckoning dreams ... Every lover should aspire to give these feelings to one other ... shine on sister Steve

Myra, This is a beautiful poem with more that one way to interpret the words. I like to read it as sexy and sensual, filled with the awe that you only experience when you love someone with your body and your souls connect on a different plain. Christine.
