It’s the slowest form of suicide
But also the ultimate high
It’s the only one that can provide
Both a smile or a cry
It allows you to see the world as a better place
But it also allows the feeling of depression
It’s always something you want to embrace
Or something that gives you regression
A contradicting word meaning pain and pleasure
A sensational feeling of want and hate
Something that still isn’t in measure
For individuals who can all relate
It’s one of the happiest in what it brings
Yet one of the hardest emotions
It can give your heart it’s wings
But it can lead to deathly commotions
It’s a feeling that can bring cherish worship and care
So with this it also brings hatred despise and death
But it is something that is worth that dare
For when you find the right person they give you true breath
Love, what does it mean to you
Have you truly felt it before
How has it affected your askew
Did it give you hate or someone to adore
