I’m  a mad scientist and I have just created a formula that can either cure all diseases or cause all diseases.  Now how do we know which is which?  The answer is that we don’t.  We just have to guess and/or take our chances with it.  There are no definites.  Further research into the project is necessary.  It is my recommendation that we seek federal funds for this experiment.  We also need a few guinea pigs upon which to experiment.  We need them either willing or unwilling.  It is research that must be continued.  The answers are waiting for us.  We must get the full potential of my formula.  Just exactly what can this potion do?  Will I be Himmler? Or will I be Curie?  Good questions.  Questions for which we must seek answers.  Provide us the guinea pigs (human kind preferred) and the experiments shall continue.  Provide the guinea pigs and I will discover the conclusions.
