My Poems The world turns so fast it seems,
People trying to figure out their dreams!
Lightening in the background, lighting up the sky,
People begin living and others just die!
Running about like a child in the playground,
Wondering when they will be found!
They hold onto each other not knowing how lucky they are,
When tomorrow they could be hit by a car!
Being alone without you, is what makes me feel blue,
Wondering what I can do!
Whispers in the night, trying to get to me,
No help near by that I can see!
A lonesome, soft voice in the distance calls my name,
Calling to me to not commit this shame!
I look deep through the dark into the light reaching out with all my might,
then suddenly I feel your touch and it feels so right!
I can't explain why I feel you are my saviour,
But this is just one feeling I do favor!
Out of them all, the one I do treasure,
Is the warmest one I get when I give you pleasure!
Cause you see, your happiness means the most to me,
Lifting me up and making me feel free!
