perspective is an odd thing

i've seem to have misplaced

and don't really bother to search for

afterall

i'm not them

they aren't me

so why should i give a fuck?

when the world i see

revolves around only me

so they will remain them

while i can just blissfully be...

RUBICON

...standing on the perverbial edge

of this seemingly meaningless mark

but it's a boundary once crossed

we cannot return and the consequences will be stark

but how long

before the repercussions are truly felt?

was it a compulsory act

or a well thought out plan?

it only matters now is to know were we each stand

it's essential that we scribble our lines in the sand

so we know exactly who is the us and who is the them
