The ox knows his owner,
and the donkey knows
his master's barn. The sheep
know the shepherd's voice.
God's children know His love.
God's children share His love.
When a new one joins the fold,
God's children boldly, loudly rejoice.
Lord, may we, with joy, leap
at seeing You at work. Bold,
we should be. Your word flows
from the heart, the mind, the lips
of the one who knows
knows the shepherd's voice.
