Cherish The Moment

Cotton clouds play on azure blue skys.

Breezes filled with sweet perfume.

Lunches placed beside the lake ~

Brightly colored balloons.

Heed Summers sweet call

The day unfolds

You are held

In loves

grasp.

Hold fast the magic of this sweet day,

Sweet lovers of the mystic dawn.

Someday love may fade away

And take with it, its song.

Beauty now is yours.

The sun shines bright.

Live the day,

For now ~

yours.

Another nonnet poem. :)
You taught me what a nonnet is.
I thank you for that.
I agree with what you are saying here about enjoying the moment and the day.

This one is a keeper!! I love it! And it makes me remember summer days with my kids when we went to the lake and I watched them play. Just with your well-chosen words it came popping to the surface again. I wonder if they ever think of it too??
Love,
