Hyacinth garden cold winter darkness feel our wonder
when the moon is on the wane
cast your spell put me under
we see with enhanced gaze
in mystery, late at night
our eyes repeal the shadows
light bends where our hearts are hallow
ears hear whispering wishes sent hovering
echoes borrow
words from candle land
we lit the flame
breath filled by ardent desire
you are the wax
I am the wick
we transform into each other’s
seducer
satiating the clever sky
destined by the aura
petitioned to trembling
within our hungered essence
while December remains complicit
gradually coming down
until the flame flickers and returns to silhouette
where silent swirling smoke softly lingers
