Wife My Whole Life
I have been a wife since my first boyfriend when I was 15. I'm the one who takes care of everyone. The one who is there on good and bad days. The one who encourages everyone. The one who handles the bills. The one who puts things in their name. The one takes out the loans. The one who makes the phone calls. The one who gets everyone where they need to go. The one who sign the papers. The one who sits with the other half parents when they are transitioning. The one who gives the bad news to family and friends. The one who cooks, cleans, cries, holds others up when others put them down. I've been a wife in every relationship no matter what gender. It sucks that out of all those only one person was ever there for me and it didn't work out because of their family and it was biblically wrong.
