LEARNING ABOUT ENERGY MEDICINE

What I am learning about energy medicine is that energy is constantly changing. Different things work for different people. You need to play around with it and experiment and see what works best for you. Besides doing the Daily Energy Routine that covers all the basic energies daily you can add exercises particular to your own situation that help you. One of the best take aways is to energy test everything before you put it in your mouth or on your skin or  hair or even use for cleaning supplies. Energy test everything to see if it is good for you. The most simple energy test I have found is making yourself a human pendulum. You simply stand and hold whatever you want to test food,supplements, body products ...hold it in your hands up against your solar plexus which is right above your belly button take a deep breath and your body will either go forward meaning yes it is good for you or backward meaning no it is not good for you or sometimes in between means neither good nor bad but you want stuff that is good for you. Be aware these things can change from day to day or even at different times during the day. Once you do it often enough you will see if certain things seem to always be a yes and others seem to always be a no but sometimes things can fluctuate between yes or no...sometimes yes sometimes no it is based on your energy at that moment in time what your body needs or doesn't need. If you have chronic conditions best to test everything all the time til you get better. Trust your intuition. Check Donna Eden's Energy Medicine youtube channel for lots of different energy exercises that are helpful. Many energy practitioners  have their own youtube channels and post helpful techniques they share. On Donna Eden's youtube look for playlists. There are several on there for specific things like an eye health challenge, breathing challenge, five elements challenge,radiant circuits challenge,etc. You can just look at day one of all the different challenges and try them for awhile and see what seems to help you. Look for her Daily Energy routine official video and do that one daily to generally support your energy.If you watch the challenges and look at the different days with different people doing them you will get some idea of how flexible it is. You can do the basic exercises in a way your body is comfortable with that works for you. I prefer to stick to day one til I am familiar with them all before looking at the others cuz it can be confusing if first trying to learn it. Anyway once you learn those exercises you are helping your body for no charge at all. They offer paid courses and classes if you want to take a deeper dive into it all...but they make it accessible for everyone sharing it on youtube for free. When you do the different exercises or energy points like accurpressure you will see what works for you and feels best to you.It works for pets too. You can find a few pet videos by Madison King. Just from doing  the energy medicine I thought to try to use it to help one of my cats that was having upper respiratory issues. A vet said she might have asthma or try an antibiotic to see if that worked but it didn't and I did not want to put her on steroids. I was trying all kinds of natural things...different herbs and teas and things safe for cats but nothing seemed to hold...She would be fine most of the day but then she would start coughing or sneezing. I had a humidifier going all the time and sometimes  used frankincense in there but she would be fine most of the day and then she would cough or sneeze or both...Anyway all I did which I thought to try intuitively was make cross over patterns over her back maybe four times or so and then make figure eights all above her  on the sides of her in front and back of her. After the very first try with the energy medicine no more cough no more sneeze...completely healed. So it works really fast for animals at least in my experience it did. It can be instant for you too or it may take more time depending on how much stuck or stale energy you have to release and what kind of chronic issues you have. Just keep at it and keep trying different things and eventually you will find what works best for you and stick with that. Can't hurt and can help a lot. I  highly recommend trying it and exploring it til you find what works for you.

Oh ya with all the 5G scares going around and people selling all kinds of expensive things to protect you from it...well a simple energy medicine technique is to simply ground yourself. Just take a stainless steel spoon and rub the smooth side of it on the bottom of your bare feet a few times. Some people spoon all over their bodies but the main go to is the bottom of your feet to ground yourself...simple to do and most people have a stainless steel spoon lying around. If you don't have a stainless steel one go get one. It is a useful tool to have. Part of the daily energy routine where you tap on your cheeks at the very beginning is also a grounding tool. There are others too.You can strengthen your aura with the celtic weave. So many options to try for so many different things. Try it. You'll like it.
