Just when you thought you're moving on, memories flood your mind and then you'll ask yourself: Do I deserve his love? All this time, I am blinded by the hurt, the pain and the tears but then I realized, Am I the only one hurting? Sometimes, because of the pain we feel, we push away all the possiblity of reconciliation. Because of the hurt, our ego, our pride eats up all the rational part of us. We tend to hurt back the one who hurts us, we tend to push away the one who left us but at the end of the day, thinking of a happy ending with that person gives us the realization that maybe, just maybe, we also have been not worth of all the effort. We become selfish, we become self-preserve that we ignored the fact that maybe, we didn't just broaden our understanding. Love is about understanding. Love is patient even the bible says. And with that, you're alone, hoping and praying for second chance.
