silent as their fingers begin to talk

on this summer night alone as they walk.

passionate and full of love,

this is truly a gift from the white heavens above.

so clear that they'll die without one another by their side,

as they gaze longingly into eachother's eyes.

is this just love or fate,

that brought them together to withstand hate?

a connection so deep and rare,

nothing could cause them to tear.

their lips touch as she laughs and smiles,

hoping this will last for more than awhile.

Time ticks by, night grows old

but their love will never come to a hold.

belongings packed in bags for tomorrow,

as they plan to escape from all sorrow.
