Winters breath frosting over the land
A tranquil darkness that floods the valleys
Glimmering in the eyes of creatures
Raping the beauty of our sights
We'll blindly follow the low road
And make our pact in harmony
Holding on to enchanted charms
Leaving fate to chart our course
Predetermined notions
With a false sense of purpose
Grinding at the surface
Only to see
The hell that lies below
So lets reunite and stand together
Believe in me as I believe in you
We'll walk through the battlefield
Watch as death falls around us
Walk with me towards the fire
Burning away this lifeless flesh
Freed upon the gusty winds
Our ashes divide
Played the fool again
The echoes of laughter
Ring a deathly sound
Constricted airways
Reduced to ashes
We'll divide our hearts
So stand in the fire
Disintegrate into the wind
Reuniting with the earth
I'll crush this heart
As our ashes divide
Your poems were always so deep and dark, some not as dark as others, but always with a meaning that is able to touch so many hearts.
