Ex Is Tence

Stop waving your emotions in my face
And pointing your solitude to my race
Stop chanting your politics in my ear
And hammering your opinions to make me fear
Stop throwing your pleasures on me
And sleazing your mind to stop free
Dumb is where we stand today
And yet nothing exist
That is what they say
To put into question
Able to see a reality
Does it exist?
Ed said and if so
How can we ever know ?
I am nowhere today
And your invisible cloak
It can only hide you
And me for so long
I died when you questioned
My existence stood not long
A wavering colorless flag
Because you have defined me
Not with colors of my rainbow
But you choose to try me
My resistance is too fray
I stopped longing to see
If you buried my reflection
Use stones and fire
Tear it down, rip it apart
Exploit it, burn it to the ashes
And then look for me
And then see me
My knees will not touch the ground
My chin refuses to frown
For the colorless flag you have laid
On my ash grave
Will never reflect my soul
The colors will forever glow
Deep, dark, passionate colors
Wild, classic, irrational colors
Profound, artistic, spiritual colors
Remember why we all are here
To survive the lies we were born into
To celebrate our similarities
To never forget our differences
To understand we are more similar
You cannot think this way
I understand nothing
I am nothing to
Stop forgetting who you are
Your nothingness lives thru
