I bought a bunny today,

At least when I cry,

 I have something to hold,

She wont retaliate,

Score points,

Or give me sympthy.

I brought bunny today,

Some peace of mind,

A precious life,

Innocence in a bundle,

My own loving bundle,

Respects my power for survival.

I bought a bunny today,

A distraction,

Turning the weight on my shoulders,

Into a light press in my lap,

A warm, welcoming, furry saviour.
