WINDS OF MY MOTHER LAND
Winds of my Mother land,
blow upon my native skin.
Bring forth the colors of the season,
warm our land, before time is gone.
Whisper your warm air across the valley's deep,
soar so strongly above our mountains steep.
Lie softly upon our fields so bountiful,
rise and blow for the harvest full.
Wind, cover my soul and it's spirit bare,
paint the skies with your spiritual care.
Gently sweep across this Native land,
oh wild wind rest calmly in these hands.
The trees will sway with your command,
the rivers will meet with you on this land.
Winds of my Mother land,
blow upon my Native skin.
