Did i lose my heart
when i lost you?
did it crumble beneath me
like a house of cards,
and like a house of cards
have i built it back up,
ready for the next person.

Will they knock me down
or will they have
the strength and knowledge
to keep it holding
handle me with gentle hands
and a loving touch.
Keep me together
when im falling apart,
Talk to me
to keep us strong.

Yes my heart
is like a house of cards
and its once again standing
once again strong
ready for the next challenger
to take me on
and hopefully win.
