My recipe for a great day.
I seldom write about good times.
rarely I am in those moods.
but, I do find beauty in everything that is calm.
I find myself staring at landscapes and people watching.
I may be alone. But nature and conversation is very intriguing.
Beauty is happiness. Not the beauty of skin deep flawlessness.
shallow hollow beauty many possess.
But the beauty of whats inside.
Not the beautifully decorated wrapper
but the sweet treat inside
that makes your taste buds sizzle with excitement.
Its the mystery of life and nature that's compelling.
Its great to sit and just take a breath. gaze at the stars or the clouds.
I wish I did it more often for I feel collected.
calm and refined.
Its a pass time that will never get old.
But these five minute life breaks
are more than needed. It leaves a place for laughter and joy
where its spot was replaced with anger and uncertainty.
If I could think of one thing that made sense.
To everything and everyone.
Its to stop. be silent.
and listen to the mysteries on the third planet from the sun.
we are the only one and not the only one.
But all that matters is that we are one.
For a short second you should be at peace.
this peace you are feeling is bliss.
It should be around more, yes.
But for a second take this feeling for all it is.
for not many who are out there take this time to think of this.
so be blessed that you even felt bliss.

I really liked this alot one thing though there is a line:

shallow hollow beauty few possess." did you mean only a few are really not beautiful or is it that more than a few possess? either way its fine just wanted to clear it up. thanks for another great read! Well done!

I was trying to acknowledge the beauty on the inside more than the outside. theres better and more clearer ways to describe what I wanted to mean I need to revise that line thank you for pointing it out. and as long as I am breathing these pieces should will be spewing from my head for the world to see. :)
I changed that line to something I am much more proud of. because I put more thought into it.
