You smile, with a hint of goodbye on your tongue

Your kiss tastes of memories soon to be forgotten

Your hair blows with the wind

The Same wind which will pick you up so high



I hack away at broken promises

A black dove bleeding on any chance of peace



And as that wind picks you up, blood rain falls on my head

The landscape so brilliantly soaked in regret

Im drowning myself in my own lonesomeness

The rain always brought out the best in you

But for now i can just miss you
